Biography

David Bisbal Ferre is Spanish, from Almería, Andalucia in southern Spain. David is popular in Spain, Latin America and The United States with fans in other European countries, Japan and Australia. David came second and won a recording contract with renowned producer "Kike Santander". His debut album "Corazón Latino" (2002) is a mix of rumba, flamenco and pop. His second album "Bulería" (2004) contains the singles "Bulería", "Oye el boom", "Camina y ven" and "Me Derrumbo." Currently Buleria and Corazon Latino have each sold more than 1.5 million copies worldwide and have both earned Diamond discs (more than one million copies sold in Spain.) In summer 2004 he embarked on a successful tour and released the DVD "Todo Por ustedes" which contains a live concert from the tour. The DVD has now sold over 75,000 copies. Recently David Bisbal collaborated with Joana Zimmer on the ballad "Let's make history". This song is on the soundtrack for the German film "Die Lufbrucke" and is set during World War II.
